RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at familytakecareoffamily@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.
Approved returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We do not offer refunds for sizing issues, so please review sizing carefully before ordering.
